I keep trying and I simply can’t put into words how I came to feel about Nate and Nicki. They left no stone unturned and went above and beyond every expectation I could have even come up with when it came to my first home purchase. They both made this process as stress-free as it could get. They knew what we wanted even before we did and honestly, the most stressful part was choosing the house we wanted that would accommodate my growing family and budget. They are extremely experienced and well versed when it comes to every aspect of finding what we wanted and providing a vision even we couldn’t see. I’m the type of person that can’t be bought and they didn’t sell us a thing. When in sales you have to believe in what you are selling and when you believe in what you sell, there’s not a day that goes by that you actually sell something to someone. And that is EXACTLY what Nate and Nicki did. They simply guided us in the right direction. Our love, life, and our children’s lives were going to be filling these walls, not a bunch of superficial items and junk. The memories that will be made in this home are thanks to these two outstanding individuals who didn’t push us to spend our maximum Loan approval for a profit, they listened to every reasonable and unreasonable detail we had to say and shot for everything they could give us and for that I commend you two. Thanks to the Atlas Team, we don’t just have a house, we have the foundation of every memory to be made in our lives thanks to your superb efforts!!
